Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisory Expert to join our team at Iron Mountain. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the HR function by providing expert advice and guidance to HR people leaders and teams.

Job Description

In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to HR people leaders and employees, providing insights and solutions on people-related matters and team dynamics. You may conduct investigations into confidential matters within the HR function. You will partner with HR people leaders and teams to implement strategies that foster a high-performing, customer-centric, and inclusive culture within the HR function.

You will collaborate with HR leaders to identify capability gaps and support talent development programs, in partnership with the aligned HR Talent Partner, tailored to HR professionals. You will facilitate initiatives to enhance engagement, well-being, and career progression for HR team members, leveraging feedback to inform continuous improvement. Additionally, you will drive change management efforts within the HR function to align with organizational priorities and evolving business needs.

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree or HR certification is preferred. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR advisory or HR Business Partner roles, ideally with exposure to supporting HR teams, is required. Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices, with a focus on enhancing employee experience and engagement, is essential. Experience with change management, project management, or transformation initiatives in a fast-paced, complex environment is also necessary.

A proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive outcomes in a collaborative manner is required. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic insights and recommendations is essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft clear presentations and reports, are also necessary.

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this role is $85,000-$115,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
