**MISSION OF THE POSITION**

To define and lead together with the Director of the Department the Company's Talent Attraction and Acquisition strategy in line with the policies and tools established by the ADEO group. To ensure the communication and implementation of the strategy in order to reinforce our Employer Brand image and facilitate access to Talent, ensuring at all times the quality in the management of the processes according to the defined standards and promoting a culture of anticipation of resources.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Definition, Implementation, Evolution and Strategy
- Define and lead together with the Director of the Department and in line with what is established by the ADEO group the strategy of attraction, recruitment and selection, integrating Social Media Recruiting and the main universities and business schools
- To make permanent benchmarking (articles, attendance to forums, professional contacts, relations with Adeo...) on practices in the sector related to the Department's area of responsibility
- Define, together with the Director of the Department, the framework for collaboration with other entities and companies in the field of Education and Employment with the aim of accessing junior, senior and specialist profiles

**Recruitment and Selection Procedures, Processes and Programs**
- Ensure the most appropriate tools, evaluation systems and support actions depending on the type of process to ensure quality in the selection process
- Identify new channels, sources, consultants, headhunters and recruitment and selection tools in the market that facilitate access to talent and establish the most favorable collaboration agreements
- Lead and validate the selection processes managed from the shared service center, regions and CSD
- Define and measure the improvements and developments of the recruitment and selection tools as an expert in their use, ensuring their timely achievement
- Lead the projects of the Education and Employment axis driven from the Department

**Team Management**
- Build and coordinate a team according to the needs of the area to achieve the objectives, ensuring their support and development, in order to provide the best service to internal and external customers

Define and lead together with the Department Director the Recruitment and Selection, Talent Attraction and Employer Branding strategy of the Company. Ensure the communication and implementation of the strategy in order to reinforce our Employer Branding image and facilitate access to Talent, ensuring at all times the quality in the management of the processes according to the defined standards and promoting a culture of anticipation of resources.

**Transversal Management**
- Train and support the company's HR team in the use and maintenance of the different recruitment and selection sources and tools
- Define, together with the training department, the necessary training actions for managers and HR to guarantee a quality recruitment and selection process
- Accompany and train the new HR and Management Committee in the processes related to the department
- Manage and actively participate in cross-cutting projects with other departments and ensure compliance with the objectives assigned at all times

**What you will need**

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar positions

Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong project management and influencing skills

Flexibility and adaptability to multi-faceted and changing environments
