**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a highly talented HR Generalist with a passion for Human Resources. The HR Generalist will perform tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs & projects including but not limited to talent acquisition, payroll administration, leave management; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; occupational health and safety; training and development. This position represents an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who wishes to develop within a company that is on an exciting growth trajectory.

**Responsibilities**:

- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs & projects including but not limited to talent acquisition, payroll administration, leave management; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; occupational health and safety; training and development.
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, teammates, and supervisors.
- Maintains compliance with local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Manages local works council relationship and related tasks.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Reviews a wide range of relevant employment and payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
- Conducts Human Resource analytics, data analysis and interpretation of trends to support proactive planning.
- Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing with people at all levels of the organization. Demonstrative experience with collecting, analysing, reporting, and presenting data.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, required.
- At least two years of related human resource management experience, required.
- Languages: Proficient English (required) / Italian, French and/or Spanish are a plus.
- Experience working in a multinational environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Growth mindset: willingness to constantly challenge oneself and teammates.
- Brings passion and grit.
