**YOUR ROLE**

**Labour Relations Manager Iberia**

Based in Alcobendas, Madrid.

**WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Designs and implements CEVA Iberia´s labor relations programs, policies and procedures
- Acts as a liaison between workers and managers to avoid litigations and strikes.
- Meets with company management on behalf of workers to negotiate contracts, salaries, benefits, employee grievances and company policy.
- Arranges and schedules meetings between parties in labor dispute to investigate and resolve grievances.
- Helps administer and facilitate work contracts between unions, employees and managers.
- Develops and negotiates collective bargaining agreements with unions.
- Prepares paperwork and coordinates monthly meetings.
- Leads grievance procedures including arbitrations and assists all levels of management on labour matters.
- Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the funcitonal area of responsibility.
- Capable of resolving escaleted issues arising form operations and reuqiring coordination with other departments.
- Key point of contact with HR Business Partners. Advising them to ensure compliance with contracts and agreements.

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- University Degree in Legal field.
- 10+ years of experience in similar position.
- Extraordinary knowledge of Labour Law and strong experience with Spanish unions.
- Fluent in English (writing and speaking).
- Prior experience of working within a logistics or manufacturing environment is desirable.
- Negotiation and conflict management skills.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Teamwork (with other departments in HR and with the business).
- Leadership skills.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Think critically and solve problems.
