We are seeking a talented Technical Product Support Specialist - Global Maintenance Expert to join our team at Schindler Group. In this role, you will play a critical part in providing technical support for our global maintenance activities and ensuring the smooth operation of our finance and back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for our global maintenance activities, including the implementation and support of applications to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify and solve complex problems, perform systems administration functions, and become familiar with various environments, cloud platforms, and technologies.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop interfaces on SAP CPI, using JAVA and XML as programming languages.
  • Participate in the technical support and development of Logic Applications on MS Azure (Document Intelligence), using JSON as a programming language.
  • Contribute to the development of new reports on MS Power BI.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and innovations in the field of product support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
  • Good level of at least one object-oriented language.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into solutions.
  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
  • Highly organized and able to structure and manage large quantities of complex information.
  • Proficiency in English and proactive communication with all levels of staff and management.
