Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct quality checks to ensure team performance and compliance.
- Serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of escalation for team members.
- Manage support resources for external teams, ensuring they have the necessary tools and information.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Business, Tax, Legal) to resolve issues and address queries effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, information technology, or equivalent.
- Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis.
- Experience in identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize, or simplify finance or business tools and processes.
- Previous experience managing a team.
