Job Title: Operational Lead, Music

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Lead to join our Music team. As an Operational Lead, you will be responsible for providing hands-on guidance and support to the team across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational guidance and support to the team, ensuring smooth purchasing and spend management processes.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure consistent performance and compliance of the team.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of escalation for team members.
  • Manage support resources for external teams, ensuring they have the necessary tools and information.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Business, Tax, Legal) to resolve issues and address queries effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, information technology, or equivalent.
  • Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis.
  • Experience in identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize, or simplify finance or business tools and processes.
  • Previous experience managing a team.
