Job Title: Operational Lead, Music

This role is with Mygwork, an inclusive employer and a member of the LGBTQ+ business community. We are seeking a candidate to lead a team providing operational support to our internal business units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on operational guidance and support to the team across multiple locations.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure consistent performance and compliance of the team.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of escalation for team members.
  • Manage support resources for external teams, ensuring they have the necessary tools and information.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Business, Tax, Legal) to resolve issues and address queries effectively.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, information technology or equivalent.
  • Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis.
  • Experience in identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes.
  • Previous experience managing a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Spanish, German, Italian, Japanese, or Portuguese.
