Job Title: Operational Lead, Amazon Music

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Lead to join our team at Amazon Music. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing operational guidance and support to our team across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on operational guidance and support to the team
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure consistent performance and compliance of the team
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of escalation for team members
  • Manage support resources for external teams, ensuring they have the necessary tools and information
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Business, Tax, Legal) to resolve issues and address queries effectively
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, information technology or equivalent
  • Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis
  • Experience in identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes
  • Previous experience managing a team
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Any of the following languages: Spanish, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese
