About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud CRM Manager to join our team at Homelike Internet GmbH. As a key member of our success story, you will be responsible for managing our automated and campaign communications along the full customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its connection with Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Drive improvements of Homelike's KPIs, such as conversion and retention rates, based on data analysis
  • Collaborate with other teams to automate and optimize processes
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its features
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in email marketing, focused on lead generation, nurturing, and retention or as a management consultant
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, particularly Journey Builder
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other teams
  • Fluency in English
