Unlock Your Potential as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud CRM Manager

At Homelike Internet Gmbh, we're seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud CRM Manager to join our team. As a key member of our success story, you'll be responsible for managing our automated and campaign communications along the full customer journey.

Your primary focus will be on constructing and executing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its connection with Salesforce Sales Cloud. You'll need to have a strong understanding of data analysis and be able to drive improvements of our KPIs, including conversion and retention rates.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in email marketing, focused on lead generation, nurturing, and retention or as a management consultant.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, particularly Journey Builder.
  • Full responsibility for Email Journey Design, implementation, and testing.
  • Good knowledge of AMPscript and SQL, with HTML and CSS being a bonus.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
  • Ability to collaborate with other teams to automate and optimize processes.
  • Entrepreneurial 'can do' attitude.
  • High affinity towards technology and IT.
  • Fluency in English.
