Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

Omega CRM, a leading provider of Customer Experience services, is seeking a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Participate in analysis for marketing automation and martech solution development.
  • Implement marketing cloud development infrastructure and analyze clients' specific marketing and technology needs.
  • Contribute to communication processes in systems by implementing developments and perform basic technical and specialized marketing tasks.
  • Develop and implement cloud-oriented marketing automation solutions and launch developments and automation processes that best suit cloud implementation.
  • Participate in development consulting services to ensure that automated communication processes run smoothly.
  • Implement the necessary developments to activate automated communications and marketing automation processes that meet clients' needs at different touchpoints with their contacts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advances and marketing technology solutions and perform test trials, error diagnostics, and resolve development issues in the use of marketing automation and martech tools.
  • Document development processes and track system performance metrics.
  • Work on cloud integrations using different programming and development languages: Javascript, Ampscript, Server-Side Javascript, API.
Mandatory Skills:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, and JavaScript.
  • Experience in HTML and CSS development.
  • Salesforce certifications are an asset.
