About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud CRM Manager to join our team at Homelike Internet GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our automated and campaign communications along the full customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its connection with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Drive improvements of Homelike's KPIs, such as conversion and retention rates, based on data analysis.
  • Collaborate with other teams to automate and optimize processes.
  • Design, implement, and test email journeys.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and best practices in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in email marketing, focused on lead generation, nurturing, and retention or as a management consultant.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, particularly Journey Builder.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
  • Ability to collaborate with other teams and communicate effectively.
  • Fluency in English.
