Site Contract and Budget Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as primary point of contact with investigative sites for budget negotiations.
  • Collaborate with Vertex Legal and investigative sites to negotiate Clinical Trial Agreement (CTA) language.
  • Adhere to CBM policies and procedures for CTA and budget negotiations.
  • Evaluate and escalate budgets as required, ensuring fair market value assessments.
  • Document all budget and contract activities in a tracking database.
  • Liaise with Vertex Legal, Study Management, CBM, and CRO (if applicable) to address site queries.
  • Attend and contribute to study-related meetings as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a matrix, cross-functional team.
  • Understanding of clinical trial budgeting process and ability to summarize high-level feedback.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
