Job Title: Site Budget and Contract Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Budget and Contract Specialist to join our team at Innovaderm Research. As a key member of our Site Selection and Contracting team, you will play a crucial role in the preparation, negotiation, and execution of budgets and contracts with investigator sites across Canada and internationally.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and negotiate site budgets and contracts, ensuring compliance with Sponsor-approved limits and regulations.
  • Collaborate with project teams and legal departments to develop and implement contract schedules and payment information.
  • Manage contract and budget negotiations with sites, escalating issues as necessary and ensuring timely execution.
  • Track progress and timelines for site activation using CTMS or other tracking systems.
  • Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates on contract and budget status.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a field relevant to clinical research or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical research experience, including 2 years of experience managing site budget negotiation.
  • Excellent English written and spoken skills.
  • Strong ability to carry out multiple projects simultaneously, organize work effectively, and work under pressure.
  • Good judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite and customer service is an asset.
