**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Sales Engineering Vice President to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our sales engineering organization and leading a team of collaborative, strategic, and dynamic solutions leaders and consultants.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop a strong partnership with our sales team to build a long-term strategy for field organizational design and delivery.
  • Establish a robust development plan to create an evolution of our sales engineering team, including technical enablement and onboarding.
  • Lead and coach regional leadership teams, including second-line people leaders and high-level individual contributors.
  • Develop and execute hiring plans to effectively scale our sales engineering organization.

**Requirements**

  • Proven track record of success in sales engineering leadership roles.
  • Strong technical expertise and understanding of data management and protection solutions.
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
