**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Global Accounts Vice President to join our team. As a key member of our international business development team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships and driving global revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Work with internal business partners to negotiate contract renewals and lead all aspects of the client relationship.
  • End-to-end global account management of client relationships, including leading day-to-day relationships and developing holistic account strategies.
  • Develop and drive the annual account strategy at both a local and global level, working with senior leaders in both Chubb and the partner companies.
  • Partner with internal and external business partners to negotiate contract renewals and lead all aspects of the client relationship.
  • Identify, build, and manage pipelines of volume growth opportunities to increase profitability and contribution margin of client relationships.
  • Deliver against quantifiable scorecard goals by leveraging partner assets to drive revenue while meeting end customers' needs.
  • Work as part of a matrix team of both Chubb and partner executives internationally to ensure that local and regional programs are run to time and budget.
  • Be the partner's senior representative/voice at the AH International Management table.
  • Chair specific management forums, such as Business Reviews and Renewals.

  • Proven experience in global account management and business development.
  • Strong relationships with senior leaders in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
