Position Purpose:

The Senior Vice President, Group Strategy will play a critical role in driving the company's long-term success by developing, evolving, and executing the Brambles Group strategy. This includes aligning the company's priorities with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and partnering with regional presidents, corporate functions, and strategy leads to define and execute their strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align the company's priority focus areas across short, medium, and long-term time horizons with the ELT.
  • Partner with regional presidents, corporate functions, and strategy leads to define and execute their strategies, consistent with global priorities.
  • Raise the company's sights to ensure we remain focused and accountable for delivering longer-term goals as well as short-term imperatives.
  • Identify global internal and external trends and developments and articulate how these should inform and direct changes to strategic priorities.
  • Drive focus on high-priority goals and facilitate tough decisions to enable this.
