About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant to join our team at Dentsu. As a Business Consultant, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering strategic solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute cross-functional projects to achieve business objectives
  • Prepare high-quality deliverables and presentations to clients
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to ensure satisfaction
  • Utilize consultative selling skills to understand client needs and challenges
  • Support in structuring proposal narratives and presentations to showcase Merkle's capabilities
  • Identify and develop offerings that respond to evolving market needs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proven track record of success in strategic business development and consultative selling
  • Proven experience in executing consulting projects related to digital transformation, operating models, business strategy models, change management, etc.
  • 2-3 years of experience
  • Understanding of MarTech, Data, and CXM solutions
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
  • Excellence as a team player, collaborating effectively to achieve goals
  • Analytical acumen and out-of-the-box thinking skills
