Business Development Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant to join our team at Dentsu. As a Business Consultant, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering strategic solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute cross-functional projects to achieve business objectives
- Prepare high-quality deliverables and presentations to clients
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to ensure satisfaction
- Utilize consultative selling skills to understand client needs and challenges
- Support in structuring proposal narratives and presentations to showcase Merkle's capabilities
- Identify and develop offerings that respond to evolving market needs
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proven track record of success in strategic business development and consultative selling
- Proven experience in executing consulting projects related to digital transformation, operating models, business strategy models, change management, etc.
- 2-3 years of experience
- Understanding of MarTech, Data, and CXM solutions
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Excellence as a team player, collaborating effectively to achieve goals
- Analytical acumen and out-of-the-box thinking skills
