Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Manager/Coach to join our retail team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
  • Collaborate with other store leaders to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and feedback to team members
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Requirements

  • 3+ years of retail management experience
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
