Job Title: Housekeeping Department Lead

Job Summary:

Tys Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Department Lead to join our team. As a key member of our interior team, you will be responsible for leading a team of housekeepers on a busy 75m private vessel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of housekeepers to ensure exceptional cleanliness and organization of the vessel
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols
  • Collaborate with the Chief Stew to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience
  • Train and mentor junior housekeepers to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive crew dynamic

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in housekeeping on vessels of similar size
  • Leadership experience and ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism
