Key Responsibilities- Financial Leadership: Lead the financial department and drive the development of the team to achieve business objectives.
- Collaboration with Management: Work closely with our Management team to ensure alignment and effective decision-making.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure the company, Customer Solution Center (CSC), and Holding comply with all tax regulations and requirements.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit monthly reports to the Trelleborg Group, including analysis and variance reports.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance data protection and compliance.
- Forecasting and Budgeting: Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts and budget analyses.
- Investment Management: Control investment expenditure and prepare investment applications.
- Accounting and Financial Statements: Review and prepare financial statements, including statutory reports.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure the company complies with local laws and Trelleborg Group requirements, and actively fulfill the role of Compliance Officer for the CSC Spain.
- HR Support: Provide administrative support for employment contracts, salary development, and other HR-related tasks.
- Education and Experience: University degree in Business Management with professional experience in financial controlling.
- Accounting Qualification: Recognized accounting qualification, C.P.A.
- International Accounting Standards: Experience with International Accounting Standards in a multinational corporation is an advantage.
- Technical Skills: Very good knowledge of MS Office and ERP (SAP).
- Leadership and Communication: Leadership skills with a business mindset and good communication skills, fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written); German is a plus.
