About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Partner. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor the end-to-end shipment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including customers, shippers, and internal teams, to resolve queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Orchestrate the overall flow of an end-to-end shipment, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide value-added services to customers through effective business solutions, leveraging your knowledge of logistics and supply chain management operations.
  • Query Resolution: timely resolution and response to customers, maintaining a customer-centric approach to avoid errors and prevent repetition.
  • Prepare and submit all documents in a timely and accurate manner, keeping internal and external stakeholders informed of the status.
  • Responsible for cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, customer retention, and adherence to process and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Internal Operating Procedures (IOPs).
  • Identify deviations in process compared to IOPs and share them proactively with customers and reporting heads.
  • Respond to all enquiries in a timely and accurate manner, escalating difficulties as defined in SOPs/IOPs.
  • Maintain effective and proactive communication by regularly participating in conference calls with clients to enable seamless process flow.
  • Record and report performance to provide suitable recommendations on service delivery wins and failures.
  • Work with the Key Customer Managers (KCMs) and Commercial team to establish and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Comply with specific customer SOPs and monitor respective KPIs.
  • Execute reports or other tasks assigned by Team Leader/Manager.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience within logistics and related areas.
  • Good knowledge of and experience with Logistics companies and Supply Chain Management operations, from both origin and destination.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate confidently for coordination with stakeholders - stakeholder management and relationship building.
  • Language Requirements: English, French, Spanish.
  • Passion to drive closures (result orientation) & high-level customer service orientation (customer centricity).
  • Well-organized when working under pressure.
  • Team player - Works together with others in the business unit to achieve results, fosters teamwork.
  • Good understanding of operational processes.
  • Conveys a sense of urgency and drives issues to closure, persists despite obstacles and opposition.
  • Positive and proactive attitude.
