About the Role:

As a key member of the Empresa reconocida team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's logistics and supply chain strategy. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business growth, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement Logistics Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement a comprehensive logistics strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  2. Lead Global Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with key 3PL partners, negotiate performance-based contracts, and ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
  3. Design and Implement KPIs: Develop and deploy key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service, cost, and sustainability metrics, and collaborate with global teams to ensure data-driven decision making.
  4. Global Process Design: Work with procurement and quality teams to design and implement global logistics processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  5. Loss Analysis and Improvement: Lead loss analysis and value stream mapping (VSM) initiatives to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans.
  6. Internal Control and Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal control rules and regulations within the logistics and distribution scope.
  7. Routes to Market and Sustainability: Support the development of an ambitious roadmap to improve the routes to market model, focusing on e-commerce, network design, and real-time track and trace.
  8. Digital Landscape and Innovation: Ensure the logistics and distribution digital landscape is properly designed and maintained, leveraging new technologies such as RPA, machine learning, and predictive data analytics.
  9. Benchmarking and Best Practices: Identify best-in-class practices within the industry and explore future trends to drive innovation and improvement.
  10. Automation and Simplification: Drive the automation and simplification of the logistics and distribution model, enabling teams to focus on added-value activities.
  11. Community Engagement: Actively participate in the animation of the overall logistics and distribution community, ensuring buy-in of new processes and ways of working from business representatives.

About You:

Education: Master's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics.

Experience: Proven experience in project management, logistics, and distribution, with a strong track record of success.

Skills: Ability to reach consensus, create change management momentum, motivate and convince people, accountability, reliability, and ability to work in transparency.

Languages: Fluent in English, with French/Spanish a plus.
