About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Professional to join our team at FASTER. As a key member of our Global Logistics team, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end supply chain excellence and building your international acumen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive supply chain excellence by learning from industry experts in sustainability, procurement, quality, manufacturing, logistics, planning, and engineering.
  • Work at the centre of our global operations, connecting with our Business Units and Global Supply Chain Leadership Team.
  • Gain practical experience in supply chain management by working on challenging tasks, projects, and completing numerous trainings in an international environment.
What We Offer

Requirements
  • Academic achievement: Strong technical academic background; Master's in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Business Administration.
  • Language: Strong proficiency in business English and local language.
  • Professional experience and passion: Maximum of one to two years of experience in supply chain, business administration, or manufacturing environments.
  • Global mobility and adaptability: Eagerness to take on global projects and temporary international relocation opportunities.
  • Proactive learners: Enjoyment in mastering complex concepts and applying learnings in practical ways to make an impact.
  • Creative problem solvers: Ability to approach challenges creatively, thinking outside the box to find the best solutions.
