Senior Supply Chain Scheduler

Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be tasked with:
Acting as a vital component of the integrated supply chain process, serving as the liaison between supply and production planners. Translating the short-term supply strategy into actionable daily plans at the site level, focusing on a 1 to 2-week horizon, and developing a detailed hourly machine-level schedule for the initial weeks. Influencing both customer service and logistics, as well as manufacturing performance metrics, by balancing inventory levels, customer satisfaction, and production costs in accordance with service level agreements. Coordinating closely with production and engineering teams to allocate machinery for maintenance or to adjust equipment as necessary to fulfill planned schedules, managing line changes and product collection for requested modifications. Communicating actual production quantities to the export team and reporting on quantities designated for co-packing. Required Qualifications Education / Certification: A university degree, preferably in Economics or Engineering. Experience in production processes and scheduling. Strong analytical and planning skills, with a high level of numeracy and the ability to make informed decisions in a dynamic environment, fostering innovative ideas and solutions. Language proficiency: Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken). Technical skills: Familiarity with Supply Chain Planning software, Excel, PowerPoint, and Database tools. Willingness to work on a continuous schedule with flexible hours, primarily Monday to Thursday, with a reduced schedule on Fridays.-
