**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Territory Manager to cover the Valencia region. As a key member of our global sales team, you will manage a defined sales territory, selling directly to doctors in the dental industry and transforming their analog process with clear aligners and digital solutions.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage the Valencia region, growing the business and onboarding new high-potential accounts
- Use insights and a consultative selling approach to educate customers about their industry and customer needs
- Become a business partner to doctors, helping them modernize and grow their business through digital technology implementation
- Plan and execute a territory plan based on understanding potential in each account
- Create and execute account plans for highest-potential accounts, considering deep understanding of account business, goals, challenges, and opportunities
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
- Analytical and business planning skills to own and plan activities in your territory
- Proactive attitude to find areas of improvement to help doctors grow their business
- High integrity and good collaboration skills
**What We Offer:
