Job Title: Process Engineer Inicio Inmediato

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our manufacturing team. As a Process Engineer, you will work on assignments that combine technical actions with activities to ensure the accuracy of the manufacturing process and completion of the production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work together with the rest of the manufacturing team in cleanroom and other laboratories to ensure seamless production.
- Use various equipment (RIE, photolithography set up, wet etching, etc.) to achieve high-quality results.
- Manage technical documentation, procedures control and update, and realize technical reports to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Visually inspect parts throughout the job run and provide ideas to improve production rates, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, or materials to the direct supervisor and perform risk assessments to mitigate potential issues.
- Develop best practices to ensure product quality and schedule and monitor the manufacturing process together with the rest of the team.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with the Manufacturing Manager and other team members to provide technical support and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in cleanroom.
- Knowledge of micro and nanofabrication processes.
- Experience in thin film manufacturing techniques.
- Experience in manufacturing processes and quality control for medical devices will be specially valued.
- A technical degree in Physics, Physical Engineering, Materials Science, Electronics, or other relevant subject is required.
- Time management and organization skills.
- Project management and supervision skills.
- Fluency in English required (English is company language). Spanish is a nice to have.
