Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing production processes, improving energy efficiency, and implementing automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Asset Manager to ensure process safety and implement production process optimizations.
- Develop and implement qualification concepts for production plants.
- Evaluate and propose improvements and investments in production processes.
- Implement energy efficiency initiatives and monitor their effectiveness.
- Automate current processes and update DCS recipes and strategies.
- Participate in networks to exchange experiences with other sites and technology units.
- Develop and report Operational Excellence measures.
Requirements
- University education in Chemical Engineering.
- 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Course in Occupational Risk Prevention.
- Basic security process course.
- Knowledge of Siemens PCS 7.
- User-level command of office automation (MS Office, SAP).
- Intermediate level of English.
- Excellent communication skills and a sense of innovation.
