Roche Diagnostics is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team in the Valencian region. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and strengthening our presence in the market, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our portfolio in the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, clinicians, and other decision-makers.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure successful sales outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience in the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Desirable: at least 3 years of experience in the IVD Diagnostics industry.
- Strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- Availability to travel, both within and outside of Spain.
