The Position

The Opportunity

Roche Diagnostics is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to strengthen its presence in the Comunidad Valenciana, Murcia, and Baleares areas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying opportunities to expand our innovative solutions, and solidifying our market-leading position.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform business decisions.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven sales and business development experience in the healthcare industry, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
