About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Scientific Project Manager to join our team at Euraxess. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of our EU-funded project, CGI-Clinics, and contributing to the development of a bioinformatic tool for precision cancer medicine.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Coordination: Work closely with our research team to ensure the successful implementation of the CGI-Clinics project, including coordinating meetings, tracking progress, and managing timelines.
  2. Communication and Collaboration: Support internal and external communication, including organizing meetings, coordinating with stakeholders, and facilitating collaboration with national and international hospitals.
  3. Tool Implementation: Manage the implementation of the CGI tool in clinical settings, expand its use in collaborations, and gather feedback from users and collaborators.
  4. Reporting and Monitoring: Prepare reports, monitor tasks and milestones, and contribute to related deliverables.
  5. Ethics and Compliance: Contribute to ethical procedures and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
