Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scientific Project Manager to join our team at Euraxess Czech Republic. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating EU-funded research projects, particularly the CGI-Clinics project, which aims to improve precision cancer medicine by developing a bioinformatic tool for genomic data interpretation.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with a team of researchers to support project implementation and coordination
- Support the management of the CGI-Clinics project, including internal and external communication and coordination
- Manage and monitor the implementation of the CGI tool in clinical settings and expand its use in collaborations with national and international hospitals
- Gather feedback from users and collaborators, and analyze this feedback to inform the development team
- Support and monitor the implementation of the project in other collaborations and synergic projects
Requirements
- PhD in a relevant field, such as biological sciences or bioinformatics
- Experience in project management, particularly in EU-funded research projects
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work efficiently and cooperatively with a team
- Knowledge of bioinformatics tools and genomic data interpretation
