As a key member of our Scientific & Medical Affairs team, you will lead strategic activities related to combustion and aerosol science in the context of smoke-free products, coordinate projects, engage with external stakeholders, and serve as the company expert in cross-functional strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate projects related to combustion and aerosol science to generate scientific evidence on the operating conditions of smoke-free products and ensure alignment with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and communicate company positions on combustion and aerosol science for smoke-free products, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external experts.
- Conduct strategic engagements and develop communication materials on combustion and aerosol science topics, including briefs and materials for internal and external use.
- Communicate the science behind non-combusted and smoke-free products to various audiences, including scientific experts, regulatory authorities, and media.
- PhD in physics, chemistry, or engineering, preferably in combustion and aerosol science.
- Substantial experience in aerosol or combustion science, preferably related to smoke-free products or biomass applications, with demonstrated expertise in consolidating and communicating science for external audiences.
- Proven ability to coordinate scientific work with third-party research organizations.
