Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scientific Project Manager to join our team at Euraxess. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating EU-funded research projects, particularly the CGI-Clinics project, which aims to improve precision cancer medicine by developing a bioinformatics tool for genomic data interpretation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with a team of researchers to support project implementation and coordination
  • Support the management of the CGI-Clinics project, including internal and external communication and coordination
  • Manage and monitor the implementation of the CGI tool in clinical settings and expand its use in collaborations with national and international hospitals
  • Gather feedback from users and collaborators, and analyze and report on this feedback
  • Support the writing of funding opportunities to expand synergies and collaborations
  • Contribute to ethical procedures and perform other duties as required

Requirements

  • Strong project management skills and experience in managing EU-funded research projects
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team of researchers and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in bioinformatics and genomic data interpretation is an asset
