- Coordinate activities of functional departments and vendors involved in the project.

- Act as principal liaison between Sponsor and PPD, facilitating the flow of information and providing timely project updates.
- Manage financial and contractual aspects of the study, including establishing financial milestones and subcontracting with third-party service providers.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.
- Previous experience in clinical outcomes assessments (COAs), including development, validation, translation, and migration.
- Proven experience in project management, with knowledge of the software development life cycle and key principles of cross-functional project management.
- Solid financial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and influence others.
