Join Our Team as a Community Associate in Madrid

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Community Associate in Madrid. As a Community Associate, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our center, overseeing all aspects of community wellness and customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming new members to the community and providing a smooth onboarding experience
  • Managing the monthly invoicing process and ensuring timely payments
  • Coordinating with suppliers to deliver an excellent customer experience
  • Managing internal and external events, and serving as a reference person for incident resolution
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in asset management, preferably in office management or event coordination
  • Training in business management, commercial/marketing, or tourism
  • Demonstrable experience in event generation and execution
  • Highly customer-oriented and proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage and lead a community, with a proactive and autonomous approach
