We are seeking a highly skilled Community Associate to join our team at Monday Working Spaces by Urbania in Madrid. As a Community Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing assets, and providing exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities- Closing: Develop and execute commercial plans to achieve sales objectives.
- Managing: Oversee asset management, including supplier relationships, quality control, and team supervision.
- Caring: Provide excellent customer service, intervene in complex customer cases, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in asset management, preferably in offices.
- Training in business management, commercial/marketing, or tourism.
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM, with Pipedrive experience an asset.
- Demonstrable experience in achieving short-term results.
- High customer and results orientation, strategic sales vision.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Commercial profile, sociable person, empathic capacity.
- Complete proficiency in English.
- Ability to manage and lead a team.
- Proactivity and autonomy.
- Central timetable from Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays.
