Join Monday Working Spaces By Urbania as a Community Associate in Madrid

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Community Associate in Madrid. As a key member of our community team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our center, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and overseeing all events and activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the onboarding process for new members, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth transition into the community.
  • Coordinate the invoicing process, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the center, including supplier coordination, event management, and incident resolution.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in asset management, preferably in office management or event coordination.
  • Training in business management, commercial, or marketing.
  • Demonstrable experience in event generation and execution.
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage and lead a community.
  • Proactivity and autonomy.
