Join Our Team as a Community Associate in Madrid

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Community Associate in our Madrid center. As a key member of our community team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the center, providing exceptional customer service, and leading events that bring our community together.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the onboarding process for new members, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless transition into our community.
  • Oversee the invoicing process, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to deliver an exceptional customer experience, maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Manage internal and external events, serving as a reference point for community members and resolving any incidents that may occur.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in asset management, preferably in a role similar to office manager or event coordinator.
  • Training in business management, commercial/marketing, or tourism.
  • Demonstrable experience in event planning and execution.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on creating a unique experience for our community members.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
