Are you a sales professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for selling complex software solutions? We're seeking a Territory Sales Representative to join our multicultural team in Barcelona, Spain.

About the Role:

As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating and closing deals within your defined territory. You will develop existing accounts, build effective account plans, and execute them to ensure consistent sales targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify C-Level decision-makers and influencers, understanding their business needs, timeline, and budget.
  • Ensure prospect and customer needs are understood and addressed by articulating how Autodesk solutions will accelerate their business.
  • Consistently meet sales targets by effectively prioritizing and managing opportunities, forecasting accurately, and building sustainable relationships with customers and channel partners.
  • Partner closely with the Customer Success, License Compliance, and Digital Sales teams to drive incremental sales and gain market share.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish, Catalan, and English.
  • Professional experience in an inside sales role, selling complex software solutions.
  • Passion for sales and a desire to continually improve skills.
  • Polished professionalism with above-average organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Autonomous, collaborative work style coupled with an inquisitive mind.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce.
