Are you a sales professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for selling complex software solutions? We're seeking a Territory Sales Representative to join our multicultural team in Barcelona, Spain.

About the Role

As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating and closing deals within your defined territory. You will develop existing accounts, build effective account plans, and execute them to meet your sales targets. You will also identify C-Level decision-makers and influencers, understand their business needs, and articulate how Autodesk solutions can accelerate their business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
  • Collaborate with the pit crew (Customer Success, License Compliance, Digital sales team) to drive incremental sales and gain market share
Requirements
  • Fluency in Spanish, Catalan, and English
  • Professional experience in an inside sales role, selling complex software solutions
  • Passion for sales and a desire to continually improve your skills
  • Polished professionalism with above-average organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
