Financial Operations Manager

Grand Hyatt Barcelona is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient running of the department, ensuring compliance with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Ensure the effective management of the Accounting and Finance Department, maximizing the utilization of technology and resources.
  • Financial Reporting: Review and approve financial reports, including income journals, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Financial Analysis: Assist in the preparation of financial analysis and forecasts, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Team Management: Supervise and develop a team of finance professionals, ensuring they have the necessary skills and training to excel in their roles.
Requirements:
  • University degree or diploma in Finance, Commerce, or Hospitality/Tourism management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, preferably in a larger operation.
  • Excellent problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
