Utility Sales Leader South Europe

Are you a sales professional looking for a challenging role in the utility industry? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Utility Sales Leader to join our team in South Europe.
About the Role:The Utility Sales Leader will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the South Europe region. This will involve developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion in the South Europe region.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with local HR managers to maximize team capability, knowledge, skills, and engagement aligned with segment priorities.
- Develop and conduct training for local teams to ensure execution of targeted deliverables in line with the South Europe business strategy.
- Create and share strategic initiatives with CSO and Cluster leaders to enhance market growth through collaboration with Country Sales Managers.
- Support CSO and Cluster leaders in building a high-performing work culture by enhancing organizational capability across the cluster.
- Understand the portfolio of Hardware and Software needed for Utility/Renewable accounts and develop business cases to align commercial and product development.
- Identify and address recurring customer experience challenges using data to implement effective resolution plans.
- Manage 2-3 key Utility/Renewable accounts, focusing on Eaton offerings, pipeline generation, contract setup, and revenue growth.
- University, Post university degree in Business, Commercial or Engineering/Technical.
- 10+ years experience in sales and business management in Utility/Renewable industry segment/companies.
- Strong leadership skills required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate across different cultures/geographic regions.
- Ability to write and execute segment sales plans and effective sales proposals.
- Ability to develop a talented team with succession plan.
- Ability to solve problems with time efficacy, agility and effectively.
- Travel for this role will be about 30% to 50%.
English as standard operating and one other local language will be advantageous.
