About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Manager Servicenow to join our dynamic and international team. As a key member of our global IT department, you will be responsible for the ownership and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow platform, supporting business and IT processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ownership and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow platform
  • Backlog management and requirements analysis for new ServiceNow workflows and project preparation
  • Steering of ServiceNow related projects and Change Release Management
  • Monitoring, troubleshooting, and enhancement of integrations to other IT services
  • 2nd Level support of the platform and coordination of external support and development teams
  • Maintaining a close relationship with our business key users and stakeholders
  • Development of user training concepts and documentation
  • Continuous knowledge improvement of ServiceNow related technology, standards, and best practices
Requirements
  • University degree in Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Business Administration, or other equivalent education
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT, preferably in management of enterprise applications in a cloud environment
  • Technical knowledge of ServiceNow is a benefit, particularly in ITSM, ITOM, and CSM
  • Passion for a customer and result-driven way of working
  • Knowledge in support processes (ITIL) and project management methodology (PRINCE2) is a benefit
  • Hybrid work model with 2-3 days per week at the office in Hamburg, Pamplona, or Madrid and the rest working remotely
  • Excellent skills in English (German, Spanish, or other languages are an additional benefit)
