Our Opportunity

In this role, you will be a member of the Global Shared Services team, collaborating closely with the HR Operations and Technology team to implement the global HR ServiceNow roadmap, support HR demand from all countries in scope, and work on various projects with multiple teams across regions.

As a ServiceNow Specialist with the ServiceNow HRSD team, you will leverage your knowledge and experience of HR operations and the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery platform to optimize HR operations and drive business results.

Your Role

As a ServiceNow HRSD Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading implementations, gathering requirements from customers, and being heavily involved in the delivery team.
  • Helping refine stories and realizing them in sprints.
  • Interacting with customers through video/teleconferences and email to understand client processes and business problems.
  • Designing and developing ServiceNow features based on business requirements and technical specifications using stories.
  • Collaborating with experts to configure and customize the ServiceNow HR Module.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to ServiceNow HR Module customizations and integrations.
  • Performing day-to-day support and maintenance, working with the team.
  • Working in an Agile environment, adhering to and improving best practices and processes.
  • Creating and maintaining thorough documentation for ServiceNow customizations, integrations, and workflows.

Your Skills and Experience

As a ServiceNow HRSD Specialist, your skills and qualifications should include:

  • Experience in defining and deploying processes.
  • Experience identifying solutions with a focus on implementing technology.
  • Confidence in converting business requirements to configuration requirements by authoring user stories that support Agile Development.
  • 3+ years of technical experience in the ServiceNow platform.
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience and exposure to ServiceNow HRSD, including Virtual Agent, Portal, and Agent Workspace.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow and HRSD implementation best practices.
  • Certified ServiceNow career path (preferable at least one CIS certification).
  • Good understanding of key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions.
  • Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (additional languages are an asset).
  • An analytical and problem-solving person.
  • Result and service-oriented, persistent, proactive, and capable of driving things forward in challenging situations.
  • Work experience in a multicultural environment and with virtual teams.
  • High intercultural awareness, a real team player, and an open-minded attitude.
