Our Opportunity
In this role, you will be a key member of our Global Shared Services team, collaborating closely with the HR Operations and Technology team to implement our global HR ServiceNow roadmap. You will support the HR demand from all countries in scope and work on various projects with multiple teams across regions.
As a ServiceNow HRSD Specialist, you will leverage your knowledge and experience of HR operations and the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform to optimize our HR operations and drive business results.
The core deliverables of this role will focus on delivering services to internal clients. This may involve sharing subject matter expertise with others in the organization or supporting them in their efforts to deliver on our promise.
Your Role
As a ServiceNow HRSD Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading implementations, gathering requirements from our customers, and being heavily involved in the delivery team.
- Helping to refine stories and realizing them in sprints.
- Interacting with our customers regularly through video/teleconferences and email to understand their processes and business problems.
- Designing and developing ServiceNow features based on business requirements and technical specifications using stories.
- Collaborating with our expert leading the configuration and customization of ServiceNow HR Module.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to ServiceNow HR Module customizations and integrations, providing root-cause analysis and recommendations for improvement.
- Performing day-to-day support and maintenance, working with the team.
- Working in an Agile environment, adhering to and improving the best practices and processes currently in place.
- Creating and maintaining thorough documentation for ServiceNow customizations, integrations, and workflows.
Your Skills and Experience
As a ServiceNow HRSD Specialist, your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
- Experience in defining and deploying processes.
- Experience identifying solutions with a focus on implementing technology.
- Confident in converting business requirements to configuration requirements by authoring user stories that support Agile Development.
- 3+ years of technical experience in the ServiceNow platform.
- 1+ year of hands-on experience and exposure with ServiceNow HRSD, including Virtual Agent, Portal (EC Pro), and Agent Workspace.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow and HRSD implementation best practices.
- Certified ServiceNow career path (preferable at least one CIS certification).
- Good understanding of key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions, including Web Services, LDAP, REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub.
- Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (further languages are an asset).
- An analytical and problem-solving person.
- Result and service-oriented, persistent, proactive, and capable of driving things forward in challenging situations.
- Work experience in a multicultural environment and with virtual teams.
- High intercultural awareness, real team player, and open-minded attitude.
