Job Summary:

Optimal Growth Technologies seeks a seasoned ServiceNow Developer to design, implement, and maintain custom applications and integrations that drive business success. As a key member of our IT team, this role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow's capabilities and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

ServiceNow Application Development
• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations to meet business requirements
• Design and implement workflows, business rules, and scripts to automate processes and enhance functionality

ServiceNow Integration and Interoperability
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs

ServiceNow Configuration and Governance
• Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of the ServiceNow platform through regular monitoring and optimization
• Develop and maintain documentation related to ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations

ServiceNow Support and Training
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues, resolving them in a timely and effective manner
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of ServiceNow with existing systems and processes

Continuous Improvement
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and best practices, and apply them to improve the platform
• Participate in the planning and execution of ServiceNow projects, including scoping, development, testing, and deployment

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its capabilities
• Excellent technical skills and experience in ServiceNow development and customization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
