What You'll Need
  • Completed degree in Information Technology or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow administration and development
  • At least 2 years as a ServiceNow Solution Architect or Technical Architect
  • Experience coordinating and working in cross-functional teams
  • Strong requirements-gathering experience
  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills; Spanish is a plus
What You'll Do

As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will contribute to governance processes, drive innovation, and ensure the successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical leadership and participating in implementing new requirements on the ServiceNow platform
  • Identifying opportunities to combine similar solution needs into reusable building blocks
  • Staying current on ServiceNow products and applicable integrated technologies
  • Hosting Design Authority meetings to review technical solutions and approve them
  • Developing Visio diagrams and high-level architecture documents
