About the Role

As a ServiceNow Solution Architect at Amaris Consulting, you will play a key role in shaping the company's IT service management strategy and implementing innovative solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of governance processes for new technologies in the ServiceNow environment, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create project portfolios and solution roadmaps, leveraging your expertise in ServiceNow administration and development.
  • Review and approve demands and changes to ensure BI architectural governance is up-to-date, identifying opportunities for innovation and cost-effectiveness.
  • Provide technical leadership in implementing new requirements on the ServiceNow platform, optimizing existing technologies for stability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities to combine similar solution needs into reusable building blocks, staying current on ServiceNow products and integrated technologies.
  • Host Design Authority meetings to review technical solutions and approve them, developing Visio diagrams and high-level architecture documents.
  • Monitor instance performance, security, user interface, and propose improvements to enhance end-user experience.
